If you are utilizing the Advanced Rental Center options that allow tenants to move in online, you can set up a notification that will email you when the online move in is completed.
Note: Lead notifications emails only trigger for Rental Center move-ins. Managers/Owners will not receive an email for move-ins at the facility.
To access your company's Lead Notification settings:
- Click the Corporate button in the upper right of your screen.
- Under the Settings ⛭ section, click the Notifications button.
Add a New Notification
- Click the ⊕ New Notification button.
- Enter the name and email address for the person who will be receiving the notification.
- Select the facilities for which you'd like to receive notifications.
- Select the Move In lead type.
- Click Save.
