What's New: 5/31/17

We've made some improvements and repaired some known issues in your software:


We've added new e-sign replacements to your documents templates. The new replacements allow for optional initial and checkbox fields. [[tenant.initials_optional]] adds an optional field for tenant initials, and [[tenant.checkbox_optional]] adds an optional checkbox to your document. You can learn more about document replacements used with e-sign on our help site.



  • The issue that prevented users from sending rate change letters beyond 30 days since the last change has been resolved.
  • The issue that prevented removed charges at move-out from appearing as credits on the Credits Issued reports has been resolved.
  • The issue in the Corporate reports schedule that caused your reports to default to PDF has been resolved.
