We've made some improvements to your software, including new document replacements to ad hoc documents and additional permission controls on the Corporate level:
New ad hoc document replacements
We've added some additional document replacements to ad hoc documents. We've added replacements under the context of Lead, Ledger, Move-in, New Rental, New Unit, Previous Rental, Previous Unit, Additional Contact and Transfer Unit Event.
Before, ad hoc documents allowed for a limited number of replacements to be added during the document template creation process. Now, we've added replacements within the Lead, Ledger, Move-in, New Rental, New Unit, Previous Rental, Previous Unit, Additional Contact and Transfer Unit Event categories.
On the Corporate level of your software, we've expanded options for permissions to include the option of removing the Save for Future Use checkbox on payment screens. This enables you to control which users can and cannot save payment information. Selecting this permission removes the option from Move-in, the Pay button, Retail, Reservations fees payment and Discounts with prepay.
To access this setting, go to the Corporate section of your software and select Roles. You'll find it under Per-facility permissions under the Advanced settings. If you'd like a user to have the ability to save payment information, select the checkbox next to Save payment methods for future use. If you'd like to hide it, deselect the checkbox.
