We've made some changes to your software, including the ability to roll forward delinquency in the event of an NSF payment and roll back delinquency in the event of a partial payment.
You can now customize your delinquency settings to roll forward or rollback delinquency within your Advanced Settings tab of your Delinquency Settings.
Checking the box next to Delinquency Rollback will automatically move a tenant's status back to an earlier delinquency stage when any partial payment is made. Note: Even a payment of $0.01 will roll back delinquency if this setting is activated.
Checking the box next to Delinquency Roll Forward will automatically move a tenant's status forward in delinquency in the event of an NSF or credit card chargeback. As the screen indicates, it will take 15 minutes for this change to be made after the NSF or chargeback registers in your software.
To select the delinquency stage to which you'd like to roll forward or rollback, just use the selector within each setting.
You can learn more about adjusting delinquency stages and settings on our help site.
