We've made some changes to your software, including an update to the Reconciliation report for cash accounting facilities and a repair to a known issue affecting user roles. Additionally, we have an announcement about an upcoming change to your Tax Rates settings.
The Reconciliation report has been upgraded to our new, more intuitive report format. The new version of this report includes a new section that breakdown your revenue and liabilities by day for the date range selected.
Note: The Reconciliation report is for facilities using cash accounting only.
Roles and Permissions
When a user’s role is defined to “manage users,” but not “manage roles,” that user could not assign a role to any other user who did not also have “manage roles” enabled. This issue has been resolved.
Your Tax Rate settings will be moving from the facility level to the Corporate level of your software in the coming weeks. We've also made some improvements to the functionality of your tax rate settings, which includes the ability to update tax rates for multiple facilities at once.
