We've made some improvements to your software, including the ability to block online payments for tenants who you'd prefer to come into your facility make their payments or to resolve a payment issue. Additionally, we've repaired some known issues affecting software user permissions.
We've added the ability to block online payments through the Rental Center or any integrated 3rd party application, such as kiosk technology, for tenants who you’d prefer to physically visit your facility to make a payment. This is useful for tenants who you suspect might be making fraudulent payments or who have incurred repeated chargebacks. You can read more about blocking online payments on our help site.
The issue preventing some software users from accessing Corporate Revenue Management when user permissions were defined to grant them access has been resolved.
Additionally, we’ve made some adjustments to Corporate level permissions. Now, users will only see tabs for Corporate software settings that they have permission to manage.
