Managing expired insurance

Whether you offer insurance at your facility through an integrated provider or your tenants have private insurance to protect their stored belongings, keeping track of when policies expire protects both your business and your tenants. When you use an integrated provider, your tenants' policies are renewed automatically as long as they make their payments on time. Keeping track of private insurance isn't as easy - but we've provided a way to make keeping track much simpler to help you avoid any lapse in coverage.

This functionality:

  • Notifies you via the Task List when a tenant's insurance has expired.
  • Notifies you via the Task List when a tenant's insurance will expire within the next 30 days.
  • Sends automated email or SMS notifications to your tenants whose insurance is expired or will expire in the next 30 days and reminds them to update their insurance information.
