We've made some improvements to your software. Read on to learn more about this week's updates.

Past Due Tab

We've improved the Past Due tab so it's easier to interpret delinquency at a glance. We've renamed the Days Past Due column to Cumulative Days Delinquent. Additionally, we've added a new column, Days Since Payment.


In the example above, you'll notice that a tenant's number of days delinquent is much higher than the days since their last payment. This helps you see at a glance that a payment has been made, but a balance remains on the tenant's account and that they remain delinquent.

Insured Tenants Roll

We've repaired an issue that was causing an incorrect number of insured tenants to appear on the Insured Tenants Roll report.
