We've made some improvements to your software, including a change to the way you enroll your tenants in autopay and a repair to a known issue. Read on to learn more!

Opting tenants in to autopay

We've changed the way you enroll your tenants in autopay during move-in. Now, instead of saving a payment for future use and then enrolling them in autopay when processing their payment, there's a single checkbox during the Review step of move-in to opt tenants into autopay. To enroll a tenant, check the box next to Enroll this cardholder/account in autopay and select the date in the service period from the dropdown that you'd like their autopay to be processed.



We've repaired an issue that was causing some tenants to receive duplicate SMS messages from facilities.
