We've made improvements to your software, including updates to several of your facility-level reports.
We've updated the Occupancy report to our new report format. The new version of the Occupancy report displays the same data that you're used to, only in an easier-to-read format. You'll notice that we've added unit counts for Occupied, Vacant, Reserved, Complimentary, and Unrentable units in addition to the percentages for those categories that we displayed on the older version of the report.
Insurance Activity Report
We've made updates to the Insurance Activity report. Previously, this report only displayed new and cancelled policies. We have added new columns to track if a new policy is for an existing tenant or a new move-in. Additionally, we've added new columns to track if a cancelled policy is due to a move out or a change to private insurance.
Corporate Management Summary - a troubleshooting tip
Since we released the new version of our Management Summary report, some of our customers noted that the old version of the report was still being generated in their scheduled report even though they would get the new version of the report when running it manually.
To ensure you receive the new version of the Management Summary in your scheduled reports, you will need to cancel your current scheduled Management Summary and reschedule it. Then, the new version of the report will arrive with your scheduled reports.
