What's New: 11/3/20

We've made improvements to your software, including an updated the Auction Schedule report and a repair to a known issue affecting Corporate Documents.

Auction Schedule

We've updated the Auction Schedule report to a more readable format with more information about upcoming storage auctions at your facility. The new Auction Schedule provides you with details about all upcoming scheduled auctions at your facility with more details about the units up for auction.


You'll find the Auction Schedule in the Occupancy category on your facility-level Reports tab. The updated report provides information about each upcoming auction, separated by date and auctioneer. For each auction, you'll have insight into:

  • Which units are added to the auction
  • The tenant's name and number of days they're past due
  • The date the unit was added to the auction
  • The employee that added the unit to the auction
  • The total due for each unit
  • Any notes added when the unit was added

You'll also see the total due for all units added to an auction. At the bottom of the report, you'll see a summary of all upcoming auctions.

Corporate Documents

We repaired an issue that was preventing system-generated emails from being removed from email sets. You can read more about document sets on our help site.
