What's New: 1/26/21

We've made improvements to the Past Due tab in your software to help you gain a better contextual understanding of your tenants' delinquency.


Past Due tab: what has changed

  • We’ve added a Last Payment column that shows the date the tenant’s last payment was made. This date is based the past payment date for a full or a partial payment.

  • We’ve removed the word Cumulative from Days Delinquent. The Days Delinquent column will populate the consecutive number of days a tenant has had a delinquent status. 

  • We’ve removed the Days Since PTD column and added this information to display beneath a tenant’s Paid Thru date.

  • We’ve added explanatory text to column headers to help you interpret the data in the Past Due table. This will give you insight into why values don’t always match. To see an explanation for a column, just hover your cursor over the the question mark next to the heading.
