We've made improvements to your software, including an update to the Billing tab that makes contacting tenants whose autopay transactions have failed easier for you. Read on to learn more!

Billing tab

We've updated the Billing tab to ensure that it's easier for you to contact your tenants whose autopay transactions have failed. Now, failed transactions in the Autopay tab within your Billing tab will display a tenant's contact information right below their name to make it easier to contact them without navigating away from the failed autopay transactions.



The following issues have been repaired in your software:

  • We repaired an issue that was causing the time stamp on SMS templates to display the incorrect time when an SMS template was recently edited.

  • We repaired an issue that was causing a 500 error when trying to print a tenant’s history.

  • We repaired an issue that was causing a blank screen when trying to add an attachment to a mass email template.
